Four steps, then your contractor

The same path as on the home page.

1. Design it

Start from one of our designs or a blank page. Move the walls, swap the roof, pick every door and window. No account needed. Open the designer.

2. See if it fits

Type in your address and we’ll show your lot and where the building can go. Your city has the final word on setbacks, so confirm them before you count on them.

3. Get your estimate

Your design goes to a fabricator and comes back as an estimate for the steel. Add the finish package if you want the whole house. Get a price, or read how pricing works.

4. Reserve it

$500 holds it, gets you your plan set and a site plan for your lot, and counts toward the build. Then the frame ships, and your contractor sets it and hooks it up.

The drawings are design drawings, not a stamped permit set. You hire your own licensed contractor for the foundation, the utilities and putting the building up.
