A backyard building, without the runaround.

Ekstra is for the moment you realize you need more room and you really don’t want to move. Maybe it’s a place for your parents. An office with a door that closes. A guest suite. A rental, if that’s the plan.

Everything we make sits on the same engineered steel frame. You design yours for free in the designer, and the layout, the windows and the finishes are your call. A $500 reservation gets you your plan set and a site plan, and the $500 counts toward the build.

You choose how much of the build you take on: the steel frame on its own, the frame plus the finishes, a builder we match you with, or several buildings on one site. We don’t install. Your contractor sets the frame and hooks it up.

Before Ekstra, our team designed and built ten VIP casitas right on the field at State Farm Stadium, home of the Arizona Cardinals. See how we did it.
